Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, chili powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and kasuri methi (if using).
Mix well until you have a smooth marinade.
Marinate the Chicken:
Make small cuts on the chicken pieces to help the marinade penetrate and cook evenly.
Add the chicken to the marinade and ensure all pieces are well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, for maximum flavor.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cook the Chicken:
Lightly grease the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
